UIC Double Degree (Non-LAS Students)
A student may receive two degrees concurrently from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) and another college within UIC, pending both colleges' approval. The student must complete 30 semester hours of credit at UIC beyond the requirements for the first degree in courses not offered for the first degree. In addition, the student must complete all degree requirements of the College and the major department. For specific information on these requirements, consult the department listings in the catalog.
Please note: Double degrees will not be approved if the first degree and the proposed second degree involve study of a similar area or substantial duplication of course work.
