Course Backtracking
Introduction
Course backtracking, taking a prerequisite course after earning credit in a successive course, is not permitted. For example, a student may not take (or repeat) Elementary German I (GER 101) after earning credit in Elementary German II (GER 102). When a student has backtracked, the earned grade of A, B, or C in the prerequisite course will be changed to CR.
