Tyrone Forman, UIC vice provost for diversity and professor of African-American studies and sociology, recently discussed issues surrounding race relations in sports and society during a "Chicago Tonight" (WTTW-TV) panel segment on Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling, who received a lifetime ban from the NBA after a recording of his racist remarks were made public.
