Jorge serves as an HR Associate for UIC’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, overseeing HR operations for twelve departments within LAS. His responsibilities include managing onboarding processes, payroll adjustments, leave reporting, and compliance initiatives. Jorge also facilitates searches for academic, civil service, and student positions while advising departments on HR policies and best practices. He is dedicated to providing efficient and compliant HR solutions to support LAS and the university's mission.
