Ryan Hannigan serves as the IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. With nearly three decades of professional experience, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role, ensuring the college’s IT environment operates seamlessly to support academic excellence and innovation.
Before transitioning to IT, Ryan honed his skills in the dynamic events and expositions industry, where he developed a keen ability to manage complex projects in high-pressure environments.
Ryan holds a robust collection of IT certifications from industry leaders such as Microsoft and Google, reflecting his commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements. His technical expertise spans a wide range of systems and platforms, including Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, JAMF, Azure, Qualys, VMware, and many more. Complementing his technical acumen is his proficiency in project management, which ensures the successful planning and execution of IT initiatives.
His passion for technology, coupled with a collaborative approach to problem-solving, continues to elevate the college’s IT operations and contribute to the success of its faculty, staff, and students.
