U.N. World Food Programme Executive Director Ertharin Cousin Delivers 2014 LAS Commencement Address
Ertharin Cousin, UIC alumna and executive director of the UN’s World Food Programme, served as the commencement speaker for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences 2014 graduating class. Cousin discussed delivering the keynote address as well as the World Food Programme's global hunger-fighting efforts as a guest on Chicago Public Radio’s (WBEZ-FM 91.5) "Worldview" program.
