New Research Shows Wetter Winter Weather on the Horizon for the US
A recent study conducted by Akintomide Akinsanola from EaEs has revealed that wetter winters and more frequent extreme weather events are expected to occur across significant areas of the United States.
“We found that, unlike summer and other seasons where projected changes in precipitation is highly uncertain, there will be a robust future intensification of winter precipitation,” Akinsanola said. “It will accelerate well past what we have seen in historic data.”
