Jennifer Juárez, an adjunct lecturer in LALS and assistant director of the Latin American Recruitment and Educational Services (LARES) program, received an Honoring Our Professors' Excellence (HOPE) Award. Started in 2015, the HOPE awards are presented by Campus Housing to recognize instructors who have made a lasting impact on the lives of Housing residents.
