A Smithsonian Magazine blog reports on “Surviving and Thriving: AIDS, Politics and Culture,” the National Library of Medicine’s traveling exhibit curated by Jennifer Brier, UIC associate professor of gender and women’s studies and history, and director of gender and women’s studies.
