Professor Dick Simpson Discusses Various Political Topics on the News

Dick Simpson, UIC professor of political science, joined WLS-AM's "Connected to Chicago with Bill Cameron" to discuss the recent primary election results and his new memoir.

WGN-TV interviewed Dick Simpson, UIC professor of political science, about the Chicago mayoral campaign matchup between Mayor Rahm Emanuel and former Chicago Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy.

Simpson is also quoted in a Chicago Sun-Times article comparing statewide primary voting for Bruce Rauner and Jeanne Ives to the 2016 presidential election voting in Illinois for Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.
