History Moves Wins Chancellor’s Discovery Award
Jennifer Brier, associate professor of history and gender and women's studies, and her team received $38,924 from the Chancellor's Discovery Award for their proposal entitled, "History Moves: How to Design a Community-Engaged Public History Project on Wheels." This represents the first Chancellor's Discovery Award highlighting humanities scholarship.
The History Moves project has also received support from the National Endowment for the Arts and is in the early stages of development.
