Hall Comments on Declining Illinois Population
Matthew Hall, an assistant professor in the sociology department, was quoted in a Bloomberg News story on new Census Bureau statistics revealing that the country's population growth is the lowest it has been since the 1940's. In the same article, Hall was also interviewed regarding the declining Illinois population.
