Dr. Frank Chaloupka, Distinguished Professor in the Department of Economics, was quoted in a Chicago Sun-Times article entitled “E-Cigarettes Fire Up Tax, Regulatory Melee.” The article discusses the challenges and unique issues created by the grow-ing e-cigarette market.
