Dennis Rosenbaum, professor of criminology, law and justice, will be a featured expert during a WGN-TV News (Channel 9) cover story on criminal recidivism, murder rate v.s. murder arrest rate in Chicago, and role of the community and community policing in crime elimination strategies.
