Podrazik Discusses “Dance Party” Revival
Walter Podrazik, an adjunct lecturer in the communication department, was quoted in a New York Times story about California television station KOFY's revival of "Dance Party," a Bay Area live dance show that had a cult following in the 80's and 90's. Podrazik commented that this format is successful largely because it connects stations with their audience in "a simple, tangible, and frankly, inexpensive way."
