State Politics Professor Chris Mooney Analyzes the Impact of the Proposed Graduated-Rate Income Tax Plan on IL Taxpayers

Chris Mooney, W. Russell Arrington professor of state politics at UIC, is interviewed in a Chicago Tribune article analyzing the Illinois ZIP codes where the most number of taxpayers would be impacted by the proposed constitutional amendment to establish a graduated-rate income tax plan.
