NBC 5 interviewed Dick Simpson, UIC professor and head of political science, about a proposed political & racially charged attack on President Obama, which is funded by billionaire Joe Ricketts. Ricketts is the father of the family that owns the Chicago Cubs, who are currently seeking political support for a deal that would use city amusement taxes to support renovation of Wrigley Field.
