Professor Christopher Mooney Discusses the Challenges Facing New IL Gov. J.B. Pritzker on the Chicago Tribune

The Chicago Tribune interviewed Christopher Mooney, W. Russell Arrington professor of state politics at UIC and with the University of Illinois’ Institute of Government and Public Affairs, in an article on the challenges facing new Illinois Gov. J.B Pritzker as he takes office.
