Pellegrino Chairs Committee Report on 21st Century Skills
Psychology Professor James Pellegrino served as committee chair for a report on "21st century skills": the integration and development of skills such as problem solving, critical thinking, and collaboration into teaching and academic subjects. The report, titled "Education for Life and Work:
Developing Transferable Knowledge and Skills in the 21st Century," is to be released on July 10th by the National Research Council. The study itself can be found online in the Archives of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine.
