Media Outlets Feature Professor Imke Meyer’s Insight on Rogue Transmission over Chicago Police Radio Channels

A Chicago Tribune article on a rogue transmission over Chicago Police radio channels features insight from Imke Meyer, UIC professor of Germanic studies and director of the School of Literatures, Cultural Studies and Linguistics.
