LAS Student Named CIEE LIFT Scholar
Sophomore Natalie Zine is one of 13 students chosen from a nationwide pool to be named a Council on International Educational Exchange Language Intensive Focus Track scholar. This substantial language scholarship awards $5,000 to help fund the extended study of a single language in another country through CIEE study abroad. Zine studied language in Portugal for the academic year. In addition to this LIFT award she was also the recipient of the UIC-CIEE Diversity Award
