Graduate Student’s Study Shows Positives Outweigh Negative’s of Government Official Term-Limits
Douglas Cantor, graduate student in the Department of Political Sciences and Research Director of the Tinley Park Term Limits Commission, concluded that the benefits of term-limits on government elected officials outweighs the negatives. Despite Cantors report, a Chicago Tribune story states that the commission "said it cannot issue 'full recommendation' for the village to institute term limits for elected officials."
