Sociology Doctoral Candidate’s Gender Study Cited in Harvard Business Review

The Harvard Business Review published a piece on gender equality in the labor force written by William Scarborough, a research assistant at the Institute for Research on Race and Public Policy and doctoral candidate in sociology at UIC. Using data from 1980-2010, Scarborough examines women’s representation in management, the occupational gender segregation among managers, and the gender wage gaps that vary across managerial occupations. http://bit.ly/2HH1Kt3.
