D’Emilio on State’s Attorney’s Gay Marriage Stance
John D'Emilio, professor of gender and women's studies and history, was quoted in a Chicago Tribune column on Cook County State's Attorney Anita Alvarez saying that she supports lawsuits arguing that Illinois' ban against gay marriage is unconstitutional.
