Dan Cervone Named Program Co-Chair for the ICPS
Dan Cervone, UIC professor of psychology, has been named Founding Program Co-Chair for the International Convention of Psychological Science (ICPS), a first-of-its-kind event organized by the Association for Psychological Science (APS) to take place in March, 2015 in Amsterdam.
ICPS will be a showcase for boundary-crossing work that represents some of the most exciting new frontiers in psychological science. The meeting is part of a broader effort, involving pan-European societies and leading individual investigators, aimed at overcoming disciplinary and geographic boundaries, supporting innovative multi-perspective approaches to understanding, and addressing some of the most complex and challenging issues facing the world today.
