Introduction
Christina Pugh of English is featured in the Spring 2026 issue of Ploughshares—one of the nation’s most prestigious literary magazines—with her poem “Linear Stain.” An award‑winning poet and Guggenheim Fellow, Pugh is the author of six poetry collections and a recently named LAS Distinguished Scholar of the Year in Humanities, Arts, Design, and Architecture.
