Cavanaugh Receives NSF Early Career Award
Richard Cavanaugh, an assistant professor in the physics department, has received an NSF Early Career Award for 2012. This award is given to junior faculty who "exemplify the role of teacher-scholars through outstanding researchm, excellent education and the integration of education and research within the context of the mission of their organizations."
