Bada Interviewed on Mexican Absentee Ballots
The Daily Herald interviewed Xóchítl Bada, UIC assistant professor of Latin American and Latino studies, on the low number of Mexicans living in the U.S. who are registered to vote absentee in the upcoming Mexican presidential elections.
