UIC is included in the top 10 on the Best Values list of the nation’s universities for the second year in a row. For 2020, UIC ranks 8th nationally, ahead of UCLA and Princeton! In 2019, we were ranked 7th – placing us just after Harvard and a few spots ahead of Stanford.

UIC received its fourth Higher Education Excellence in Diversity (HEED) award from INSIGHT Into Diversity magazine, the oldest and largest diversity-focused publication in higher education that recognizes U.S. colleges and universities with an outstanding commitment to diversity and inclusion.
