Project Squirrel Featured in Chicago Tribune
The Chicago Tribune featured the work of biology PhD candidate Steve Sullivan with Project Squirrel, a program developed by LAS Professor of Biological Sciences Joel Brown. Sullivan has extended the program nationwide and is currently recruiting citizen scientists for the project and developing a new phone app to make logging squirrel records accessible and simple. Jesus Callupe, another PhD candidate in biological sciences, was quoted in the story.
