Koy Receives 2012 Governor’s Award for Excellence in Education
Karen Koy, an LAS alumna, received the 2012 Governor's Award for Excellence in Education for her work at Missouri Western State University. An assistant professor of biology, she teaches physical geology, meteorology, paleontology and an honors colloquium on science and pseudoscience.
