Fall of the Wall Week Begins September 22
The LAS School of Literatures, Cultural Studies, and Linguistics and Department of Germanic Studies will be hosting the "Fall of the Wall" campus week starting Monday, September 22nd to mark the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. The week of events will feature panel discussions and exhibits, in addition to an architectural installation designed and constructed by UIC Architecture students who participated in the Studio Berlin program last summer. Programs include:
Advanced screening of the German mini-series "The Tower", with a Skyped discussion with producer Benjamin Benedict, led by Professor Sara Hall, UIC Germanic Studies
