Dick Simpson, professor in the Department of Political Science and former Chicago alderman, frequently appears as a featured expert in news stories covering state and city government, politics and corruption. In recent media coverage, The Chicago Sun-Times quotes Simpson in an article on the involvement of Mayor Rahm Emanuel's staff in the production of CNN's documentary "Chicagoland."
