The article states, in part, that "Illinois [has] a real competitive edge in attracting and expanding tech-based companies —from Fortune 100 powerhouses like Boeing Co. to newer firms like Bolingbrook-based EPIR Technologies Inc., which has tripled its workforce to 60 employees over the past three years, thanks to its breakthrough successes in infrared imaging technologies."
